Book:  Nine Keys to Effective Small Group Leadership.  This has become a classic in the training field, used by Bible Colleges and Seminaries as well as by local congregations.  It's unique approach is to show how leaders of all kinds of groups, teams and classes can participate in spiritual ministry as partners with congregation's pastoral staff.

Video:  Nine Facets of an Effective Small Group Leader.  The nine commitments called for in the book Nine Keys... are introduced in this series of nine thirty-minute lectures.  Whether used for Tutored Video Instructional (TVI) with individuals or small numbers of trainees, or shown in classes, the principles are conveyed in ways that secure high levels of acceptance among viewers.  The original nine VHS tapes have been reformatted into a set of three DVDs and a bonus CD with the audio tracks as .mp3 files.  These are now available here.
